Work Timings: As an Assistant Enforcement Officer, you will be having normal office timings. Also, on raid or search, you may have to work for longer and uncertain duration.

Transfer: Yes, it is. But you don’t need to worry about the transfers because there are only a limited number of offices and they are situated in national and state capitals. So, you need not worry about a transfer to a remote area. Generally, after a transfer, you will not be disturbed for the next 3 years. That means you get to stay in a place at least 3 years at a stretch.

Social status: It is not a uniform job but still it generates an amount of social respect. Better the post (after promotion) more will be the power, as the Enforcement Department deals with a lot of money and important people.
